"Honestly the most enjoyable hotel stay in a long while. The hotel itself is great but the staff and the level of service is what makes this place stand head and shoulders above others. ALL of the staff from reception, to restaurant to the engineer who came to week our air con controls were just lovely and so efficient. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you"

"It was close to the town and seafront .We stayed in a superior room and I have to say that it was basic and overlooked the seafront which was nice.The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and efficient "

"The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. "Breakfast was as good if not better than many of the top hotels. The lighting in the room (121) was too dim. The bathroom did not have enough flat surfaces to hold all the toiletries. Staff were excellent and very attentive. I would use the hotel again and would recommend it highly."

"After finally finding the entrance(lane behind the wall) welcome was warm and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.hotel overall was clean. Garden overlooking seafront was nice and relaxing. Overall quietist hotel I stayed in all week."

"Great place to stay for a few days. I was looking for somewhere just outside of Cardiff for a few days for a break on my way down to London, turned out to be a very convenient stay and great value too. My room was nicely heated, comfortable bed, good water pressure and clean. The Hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a Friday night drink (very quiet too). "Had a really lovely stay. Slight mix up at reception when someone was already in our room but quickly resolved by reception and provided with a free drink. Room and hotel really lovely atmosphere and decoration. We had a dinner package which was great value. "
