"It was super noisy. But, thankfully the staff quickly moved us to another room which was a bit better - and it was "Hikonyan" themed, which was kinda hilarious. Super convenient location, which was what mattered most for us. And really good value. Oh, and try to Hikone beers they have - best beer in Japan. "
