The only thing that could be improved would be teabags (お茶 or black tea), either for free in the room or to purchase from the front desk."

"Clean and spacious room. It kinda expensive in ski season, but still the best choice at Zao, Yamagata. Smoking room is near the lobby, which is a really bad design, you can smell the stinks every time before taking the elevator. Overall, a great place to stay."
