"The service here set the absolute gold standard. Kimberly provided over the top service that is highly unusual in my experience. She was so hospitable and was able to say yes to a special request. She setup our ride to the airport the next morning and our stay was perfect. Rooms were good and as expected. Breakfast was comparable to similar hotels. Thank you for making my wife and I feel like we were important and making just another hotel stay stand out."

"A very pleasant experience right close to the riverfront. Quick and easy check-in, quick and easy checkout. All staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and polite. Really enjoyed the breakfasts and evening social hours with free wine, beer and hot snacks. Only downside, seemed like we were staying at a dog kennel, way too many dogs. Don't get me wrong, we like dogs, but there is a time and place, not in a nice hotel. Before you start with "service" dogs, these were not "service"dogs."
