"Bathroom was very dirty, lots of hair and dirt in shower pan. Police were present for most of this night. The room was booked for 5 but only had 2 towels and 4 pillows. We checked in very late and they were able to accommodate a 2am checkin which is why I rated the service high. But we were unable to get an extra pillow. My husband slept with towels rolled up as a pillow. "

"Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before"

"A guide for the house would be good. A lot of external cameras. Siri was on by default on the inside. A nice house and wifi was fixed to go up to 25mb while there as it was less than 10 originally. Supplies like tissues and extra bathroom tissue was not located. It was nice to be close to the various springs, but dirt roads can make travel tricky when it rains. "
