"Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team...

"WOW! Sabine and Reinhard have been wonderful! Apartment is great and very comfy. English/French/German you’ll love talking with these two kind souls when you need any assistance. You are only 30mn away from downtown Friedrichshafen (La Perla Ristorante is excellent btw) We’d stay there again in an heartbeat! Thank you very much Sabine and Reinhard"

"Property plenty bigger enough for 2 people kitchen bright and every thing you need to cook yourself but advice pop to Aldi as so much cheaper than local shop. Living room/bedroom very dull and gloomy. If don’t speak German which I’m afraid I don’t can’t watch tv. Advice learn German as in their country. Lake Constance a bit of a walk but well worth it."

"This apartment was just as pictured and located in a beautiful area with good walking access to public transport, dining, and shopping. Carmen was very accommodating and was quick to respond to messages if we needed anything. My friend, my boyfriend and I stayed here during a visit for Basler Fasnacht and it was exactly what we needed. We would all highly recommend this beautiful apartment!"

"Wrong code provided for lockbox!! No hot water at 8pm. Property was worn out, needed renovation 30+ years ago. Musty/mildewy smell. Will make me shy away from VRBO properties in the future."

"Offensichtlich nutzt der Inhaber diese sehr gut und persönlich ausgestattete Wohnung auch selbst. Es ist eine große Freude, immer wieder dort zuhause anzukommen und einfach auf den See und in die Ferne zu schauen. Gerne wieder!"

"Excellent value for the money! The flat has a perfect location. It is within walking distance to a supermarket, and two precious French towns, St. Louis and Huningue. Both towns have a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and shops. Colmar, France is 45 minutes away and the train station in Basil is about 6 km. "

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"The apartment is very nice, with a great location in rural black forest. We had a wonderful couple of days exploring at the end of our holiday."

"If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable."

Superior Apartment, 1 Bedroom | Hypo-allergenic bedding, in-room safe, desk, laptop workspace

"Great flexibility for eating in or eating out, good location on quieter street but easy to walk to everything, transport links, grocery stores close by to stock up the fridge, nice walls by the river. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Found kettle in cupboard which is essential for us brits. Only downside is we couldn't adjust the air con below 22 degrees which was a little too warm at night but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again if we go back to...
