"Stay 2nd time because I love the location. Close to transportation, shops. There is food court in the same building. Easy to take JR or subways to go anywhere. "

"We travelled during new years and everything was closed, I think the hotel should do a better job of understanding what is open for guests. The location was a tad far to walk to the train station which was a negative. The Onsen was outstanding though and the rooms were very comfortable"

"Check in time is 3pm, front desk was very helpful for the check in. Left our luggage because we were early. Rooms were in good condition, quiet at 4th flr near a modest gym. 6th flr is a lounge area where coffee and tea are available. Key cards were wooden. We did not avail of the breakfast and went to a nearby restaurant with delicious Japanese food (Munashi). More dining areas are at the station for more choices. Kansai airport is accessible via Nankai line in less than an hour"
