"We were exhausted by the time we got to this hotel. They allowed us to check in an hour early so we could drop our bags, for a fee. Check in was pretty easy. The room view was amazing, but it is a whole hotel heating system, so the room was extremely hot. We were able to open up the window and the train noise did not bother us. The bed was slightly hard, but I am used to a very soft bed, so by Japan standards I think the bed was fine (the night before at another hotel, the bed was a board, so...

"Nice room with a good location. Very clean and great staff. Nice perk that they offered movies for free in English on the TV. Rooms are pretty tight though. May be problematic if you have a lot of luggage."

"AC of my room didn’t work because of hotel’s setting. So I opened the window of my room all night. And the shower room is full of mold."

"It depends how many people and they change AC to save energy and breakfast buffet which uncomfortable for staying people and window carting is thin so too cold in evenings. "

We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."
