Located right next to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Attractions are within walking distance (30 mins). Room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Amenities were great and staff were wonderful. Hotel offers a variety of drinks in the lobby for guests - a very nice added touch. Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel!!

Everything good except Expedia use an incorrect pictures to show room selection when l booked this hotel. Actual room stayed in this hotel was one room class below my expectation. after l checked with Hyatt house own website, found room name is the same, so l did not said anything with hotel staff, it was an error from Expedia instead.

Nice hotel in Kanazawa. Easy to access since it is right next door to the train station. Our room was big for Japan standards. We had two twin (slightly larger than twin) beds and a modular sofa that was transformed into a queen bed. Bathroom was great with a separate toilet room. Small kitchen given with all the features plus a small table with two chairs. It was like a perfect studio apartment. The only problem with this hotel is that it is not easy for tourists. Though you can easily get the bus loop to all the tourist sites, they are far away. However, the price was so reasonable it was worth it.

While everything about our stay was excellent, the one disappointing part was the breakfast buffet. Hyatt House was one of five hotels we stayed at on this trip. I think our expectations were high because the smaller, no name hotels had a larger offering of food. I would say the Hyatt House buffet was adequate but nothing special to rave over.
