Staff was friendly. Room was clean and provided some basic needs at reception if you needed them. The hotel is close to the kanazawa station amount other public transport access. There's even a convince store right next door in case you need anything else before you leave for the day

Service was good, I received new towels every day. Breakfast service is a buffet style. Room layout is pretty nice for solo, may be a bit small for family. Hotel is pretty conveniently located right next to Omicho Market.

⭕️Good loation.prepared battery cable.free coffee. ❌The popular menu used crab meat and raw fish of many restaurants near there were sold out before 9 pm. Hotel clerks didn't tell that when they introduce these restaurants. The discount tickets hotel clerk gave to use near restaurants was expired then. It is difficult for visitors how to go entrance of Kanazawa Castle. Hotel clerk didn't explain that when they introduce the Castle.

The rooms and the hallway on 2nd floor had the loudest noise the whole time. Anyone who walks on the 2nd floor towards the end of the hallway will hear it very loud and clear. When I open the room door, the noise stops, and when I close the room door, the loud noise comes back on. It sounds to be bad construction of the hallway ventilation system.
