"All the staff I interacted with were very polite, friendly, and helpful. My room key didn't work at first when I checked in, but the front desk was quick to resolve it. Wood floors in the room I had were a little marked up, but was overall quite nice and clean. Shuttle service was readily available when I needed it, which I really appreciated. I'd say I was happy with my stay and again, upmost compliments to the staff."
