"The effort was there from the owner, but the property needs more improvements. It is in a renovated garage and very drafty. It was extremely cold, down to 8 degrees outside and the baseboard heat could not sufficiently heat the space. We were cold and the owner provided us with a portable heater. Advertised as having a washer dryer but the washer set up leaked water. Unable to use during our stay. With some fixes this could be a very nice rental."
