"Was a bit worried after so many varied reviews. The hotel reception is not very warming or welcoming but the receptionists were amazing. We were given a free upgrade after she noticed our room was next to the party room. This was most welcomed. The room was lovely - however it wasn’t serviced and the shower gel dispenser was broken. Another receptionist gave us information for local taxis. Very long wait for food on the Friday evening due to there being 2 parties. We waited over an hour...

"Quite a nice quiet place but not worth anything like what they charge. There were stains on the bed covers which they came and changed straight away.
