"Our room was clean and tidy on arrival, few paint chips noticed around the room, especially in bathroom and on bathroom door, these are easily fixed and should be done prior to any guests arrival. More pillows should be available if needed, as my partner felt two were not sufficient to accommodate her sleep. TV in room had infrequent digital reception and the remote control does not allow full access to all of the TV, the TV itself is also very dated and does not have internet access...

"As usual, nice hotel, good rooms, good breakfast and all fine, except this time the room was like an oven and the property had switched off the ability to cool the room, so even at 16 degrees setting it was pumping out heat. Could not leave the window open due to train noise and had an uncomfortable sweaty night."
