"Had a wonderful stay. Hosts were incredibly welcoming (Mark was there to greet us on arrival). Would definitely stay here again. The Grange was spotlessly clean, breakfasts were delicious with high-quality ingredients. We stayed in room 10 which had beautiful mountain views and a lovely bath/shower. The terrace is a nice place to relax and catches the evening sun. The downstairs lounge with coffee and delicious flapjacks was a lovely welcoming touch. Keswick town centre is a 15 minute walk...

Great hosts, breakfast served in bedrooms BUT be warned, this is a Veggie BnB so no decent sausages, bacon or black pudding ! I double cheked Hotel.com and NO mention of this. "We chose the Lake View as a base for walks in the Keswick area. Everything about our stay there was exceptional. Hosts Stuart and Catherine were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. We made good use of the downstairs lounge as a place to read and consult maps. The property is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the village, and well-served by public transportation. I highly recommend the Lake View."

"Just perfect in every way. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, very comfortable and spacious. Craig and Clare are very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of information on the local area. "We got a lovely welcome when we arrived. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were great. Warm delicious food. Lovely cosy bar area to sit and have a drink. The only downside was that the shower didnt work. We reported this when we checked out. "

"My week here was great, I would recommend it to anyone. The accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast tasty and well presented, location near Fitz Park, and an easy walk to the centre and the lake. Free parking. On my first day I tripped on a walk and broke a bone near my wrist. The hosts, Mark and Mandy couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Full marks."

"The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with modern kitchen & bathroom, a comfy sofa and bed and beautiful views. It is tucked away in a peaceful location but only a short drive from Derwent Water and Ullswater so there’s plenty to see and do nearby. The secure garden was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to couples / singles who want a peaceful location."
