"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. "I was having an operation on both my eyes at Optical Express White City on Monday and had to return the next day for a checkup. I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City. They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me. "
