The only thing which was not 5 stars was the physical location of the breakfast hall and the quality of the food and service on offer. However this is really a minor issue for the price paid. "We read the reviews before so we were aware the stairs were steep and were fine with it. We were in room 16 so on the highest floor and the steps were not bad at all, we had backpacks so it was easy. We were able to check in early for our two night stay and room was cleaned in the morning and had fresh towels for the second night. TV was small but your not in your room much so its not a big deal.
