"This place is lovely. We didn’t have heat and it was fixed the same day. We also reported that the bedroom lights (LED) would not fully turn on with the switch. However, three of the four lights were partially lit even when the switch was turned off. We did report that immediately because there was always a glow at night. This was never fixed. Just for those who need it to be dark to sleep. "

"We have stayed in many VRBO locations and had some great and not so great experiences. This was everything it advertised, plus. The room is large, with a couch and a huge television. The walls are covered with wonderful jigsaw puzzles. And there are so many nice touches everywhere we looked. Antique toys, old books and papers, an old rotary telephone on a telephone table that even had a dish beside it filled with spare change. This is a 6 star location. "Super close to downtown Nashville (we walked and ubered) Short walk to shops and restaurants in the Gulch. Great view of Downtown Nashville from the hottub balcony!"

"This house was nice - some furniture could stand to be replaced but it was adequate for our 4 day stay. There were 6 of us so we had to run the dishwasher a few times so we always had enough clean glasses and coffee cups Property manager is very responsive to issues or requests. There are a lot of stairs so be ready. "Condo was great. Shower door was a little odd in that it’s only a half door, so water got all over the floor every time we took a shower. Parking was easily accessible under the building. Easy access to Centennial Park. About a 12-15 minute drive to the heart of Broadway.Would stay here again. "

"My 6 friends and I stayed here for my Bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Communication with the management team was quick and seamless. House was well stocked, spacious and in a great location to get around. "

"It was a pleasant stay. The accommodations were nice, Good open concept for connection with others with plenty of comfortable sitting space. Bedrooms were roomy. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the light in the dining room as it was really dim at night. "
