"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."

"My family stayed at this lovely house during a trip to Clarksville to visit my grandmother for her birthday. The house very comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 0-5). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The welcome basket of cookies, coffee pods, and wine was very much appreciated! "It's a cool idea to have a small house with a fenced in yard for the dog, but there were other dogs on either side of the fences surrounding us and barking at our dog, There was also about a dozen old chewed on dirty real bones with the tendons, and muscles covered in bugs and dirt scattered around the yard that i had to clean up before I could let my dog in the yard so she wouldn't get sick eating them. The coffee maker did not work, and the heat did not work at first and the 3 hooks for...

"We really enjoyed being unplugged for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and spend time with our 1 year old. The house is perfect! We especially loved using the dock to tie up our boat and watching the wildlife. Everything is as described and Mike was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our stay. "

"I would give the home and the hosts 20 stars if possible. The place was fantastic, well appointed and stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean. The view of Kerr Lake was fabulous, and the sunsets... wow. My wife and I were completely pleased. The hosts were great to work with, fantastic communication and they were very accommodating for our need to slip the reservation a day due to a snow storm in the area. I would highly recommend this rental. "
