"Great location! The condo had everything we needed and property was well kept. Condo was close to both pool and laundry facilities. No fitness centre but tennis courts and the tram road walk/run are excellent. Property owner was very accommodating and communication was quick and friendly. Great place to stay!"

"Just back from a two-month stay in PS. My sister and our husbands enjoyed everything about our very comfortable 2-bedroom condo which was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large patio was private, most beautiful pool area with lots of loungers, very quiet property. We totally enjoyed the sun, fragrant flowers, fruit trees, walks, and hikes. Hosts were delightful and very helpful. Fantastic time in every way. Will be back."

"The condo met our needs very well. It is located within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and many PS interests. We found the condo to be very clean, well stocked, and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too! The Property Manager, Clark was very attentive to our needs and there to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this property!"

"We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this VRBO to others. We did have an issue with the garburator which turned out to be a pretty disgusting mess. None of us own one and thought we were doing the right thing putting potatoe peelings down it. As it turned out, it totally plugged it and brown disgusting water drained all over the floor. The property mgr was contacted and sent a plumber over right away which resolved the issue. I would highly recommend posting a sign...

"Well-equipped small condo. Very comfortable bed with great amenities. We were in Palm Springs to hike so didn’t stay at our condo much. A great location with a lovely pool and hot tub. A quiet environment. It was great for us!"

"Nice property close to downtown Palm Springs. Grady was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. Thermostat conked out during an unseasonably cold night and we woke up to a pretty cool condo the next morning. We let Grady know and he dropped off a couple of space heaters within a couple hours. Luckily we didn't need to use them as the weather warmed up after that. The complex once bordered on a golf course but in recent years that has slowly evolved into a nature...

"The property was perfect for us. Location very convenient (near grocery stores, shopping, hiking trails, transit corridors). The Unit was just what we were expecting from the listing photos. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, plus having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The deck was wonderful to sit and relax while taking in the view of the palm trees and mountain as well as the pool area. Grady was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again."

"The property was clean and accommodating. The only factor was that this property listed a washer and dryer, but there was actually no washer and dryer to use when arriving. After contacting the host, he confirmed there was no washer and no dryer to use. Other than that, the stay was not bad at all."
