"We loved everything about this place. The rooms themselves were a bit dated but very clean. We loved the pool area and the staff were over the top! Our only complaint was that it was loud in the evenings. Starting around 10:00pm guests near our room and in the hallways were extremely loud. Some of it was just passing noise but for the first 2 nights of our stay it was a group hanging out for a few hours."

"We every much enjoyed the resort feel of the property. The pool was great and the pool bar was a nice touch. The room was spacious and had a large outdoor private space. The room was a bit musty when we arrived but opening up the screen door for fresh air took care of that. Overall, a nice stay. "

After contacting the host, he confirmed there was no washer and no dryer to use. Other than that, the stay was not bad at all."

"My sister and I had a wonderful stay! The perfect place to relax. We spent a day at the pool, had food delivered pool side, and later spent time downtown Palm Springs enjoying their weekly street fair. It was an excellent experience!"

"My son sure is glad we picked this place. Between the basketball court and pool, he had a blast. Like all hotels in Palm Springs, parts of this were a little dated and could've used some freshening up. But that's on Hilton, not the hosts here on VRBO. It was just as described, a great location that was close to the downtown area and had everything we needed."

"The room needs updating and the carpet was pretty gross, but the location, pool, and general amenities were awesome for a family trip. We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel. We just wanted an awesome pool in South Palm Canyon at an affordable price for a quick trip with our 6 and 9 year old. This place checks those boxes."
