"We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. "

Less than 20 minutes from the main gate of Lackland in the older part of town. We had our own private parking with a locked gate, and we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I rented this apartment for a mom’s night away to rest and recharge. The apartment is separate from the main house, but attached to the garage. While I was there the garage was not being used so it was private. It’s worth noting that the apartment is in close proximity to the main house, but you would never know anyone was there other than the cars outside of their home. "I was going to rate this place a 3 overall until the manager said he is going to keep my deposit over some spots on towels, grass on the tiles, crumbs on the counter, and a spill in the fridge that one paper towel would have fixed. He said THAT and the washing of ALL the bedsheets forced him to hire a 2nd cleaning person. He also tried to accuse me of having unaccounted for guests because "all of the beds had been slept on" (there were 6 of us and 6 beds, only 4 beds were actually used - but...
