"Perfect location for easy access to events in Brussels held near the Atonium. Having repeatedly selected this hotel as the preferred location since 2001, it is unfortunate to discover the systematically deterioration in the overall hotel condition such as: Basic room cleanliness (toilet had major rust build up and dark black streaks),and functionality (light fixture broken, tissue dispenser hanging off the wall, bathtub missing knobs, no soap in bathtub dispenser). "The best thing about this hotel was the staff: Everyone I interacted with - from reception to the staff at breakfast - was really friendly and went out of their way to help. Service with a smile. Lots of choice at breakfast and the warm food was warm, which isn’t always the case for buffets! The rooms themselves are basic and tired - no coffee facilities, no iron, just one soap for hair/body. "Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "
