"The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. "

"The service is worser than 2017, room cleaning hasn’t washed cup, some guests were smoking at the room and opened their room "

"Bad experience.A confirmed reservation for 4 nights stay was made through expedia about a few weeks earlier for the 2 bedroom loft .However ,when I arrived , the hotel said there is no room available for me . This is the worst experience I ever had as it caused so much inconvenience for me and my family."
