"My wife and two daughters just finished our weekend stay and we had an absolute blast. The beach and dock were excellent. There were plenty of water toys and the water is crystal clear. The grocery store is close, the Maine Wildlife park is just down the road, and it's not far off I95 so it made for a pretty great weekend getaway. We will hopefully be back next summer. "The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing...

"First off, so there is no confusion, we loved our time at the house, on the property, overall great. A couple things definitely would want to convey. If you’re going in the winter and there is snow, the house is truly in the woods, and a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle was very necessary. "

"The Deck House was a great spot for our family vacation this year. We had a large group of adults + 1 baby and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals with two fridges and a large range/oven. Lots of space for yard games and great fishing and kayaking spot. "Traveled from New Mexico to visit with my son. I was looking for a place which would be near my son's residence giving us a centralized place to meet. It was just a few minutes away from my son's residence. House served all our needs and was clean and neat. Beautiful views from windows and deck. Will definitely stay again!!!"
