"Great staff. Great facilities. Great breakfast. Great spa! Could do with a slight freshen up and in the rooms, bathroom could do with a mop and 1 packet of biscuits had been half open plus definitely needs 2 more pillows on the beds, however, these didnt detract from having an amazing stay! "

"Fabulous hotel. My husband and I came for one night, as we were going to the four elephants Indian restaurant nearby and I didn't want to drive back home. Value for money for bed and breakfast and the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was lovely however, the TV didn't work and the radiator wasn't getting hot, we were upgraded to a luxury suite and I thought I was a film star for the night lol. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again. Thankyou for a amazing stay 👍😊"

I met a friend for a pre Christmas treat, the staff helped me to surprise my friend and not give the game away that i had paid foe the stay, they helped me keep the cover story that i had used a free stay from hotels.com Have stayed at the cairn many times it is a great location and staff are always amazing. "Booked a deluxe double which was a lovely, large room. We were warm and cozy. The bar had a good selection of drinks and food; the food served until 9.30pm. Good choice at breakfast. Staff lovely. Right in the centre of Harrogate."
