"Customer service was great and friendly. I didn’t give 5 stars based on a couple of my personal preferences. The mattress was firm. Not what I need and the room had shades but light filtered in through the sides and I sleep best in a completely dark room."

"Room was very clean and updated, very quiet evening no issues. Bed was Comfortable. They do not offer Breakfast however there is an IHOP across the street. If you are someone who needs Coffee in the morning the Keurig in Room was perfect, the coffee Pods were actually pretty good coffee.. Would stay again.."
