"Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. Our granddaughters stayed at the house with us and we had a wonderful time swimming in the lake and fishing from the dock and using the kayaks. Bruce and Joli are wonderful and very attentive and accommodating. We definitely hope to stay there again."

"Had an amazing time staying at this peaceful property in the Ocala National Forest, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed seeing a wide variety of local wildlife, property is near Salt Springs which is an amazing place to visit. Looking forward to staying again sometime in the future!"

"We stayed from Friday-Sunday to attend a UF football game. This property is outside Gainesville but so easy to get to the Gainesville for restaurants and shopping if needed. Easy to get home after the game. We explored Micanopy’s small town and a few other things. It was quiet and relaxing. Worked out great. "

"Gated neighborhood of cottages and trailers. Everyone very friendly. House was well appointed, plenty of parking, close to pool and lake. No big deal, but there is a small charge and paperwork to get a hanging decal for gate entry."
