"We had a great stay hear at this quiet oasis. The location was amazing for those who want more privacy but also want to me close to UF. Me and my family had a great time with our pets as well. There was so much space for them to run around. We only had issues with the cleanliness of the house, the floors were super dirty and we only noticed because we had wiped the floor from some crumbs that were spilled. The master bathroom was clogged and it didn’t seem like any surfaces were wiped down such...

"First off, the hosts were wonderful and communicated well with us. The only reason for a negative review is that this home looks and sounds way better than what you actually get. Its very old and run down. It was not at all what we expected based on the online pics. We ended up cancelling the reservation due to multiple reasons and chose to go to a hotel. Hosts were easy to work with on this."

"Beautiful home, nice stay. We enjoyed it. If I had to say anything negative it be that I noticed some thick Cobb webs at the cathedral ceiling in living room, and the plants around the back yard deck and outdoor table need to be really cut. The seating outback was very rusted. Beautiful scenery though. "

" It was a lovely stay. Our place was omfortable and quiet. Air conditioning and a full kitchen we were extremely happy. I had never been to Florida to stay for any length of time. I found the sand roads a bit scary to drive on. Especially any of the roads that were not packed. The soft sugar sand is a challenge to drive on in anything but a truck. The views were peaceful and relaxed. I did not use the fire pit. But the hammocks under the unit were very much enjoyed. "
