"Room was average, beds were average. Many cars driving around the hotel, did not make my family feel safe. Halls were dirty. However, the staff was courteous and friendly."

"We had an easy check-in, suitable first floor room, and a comfortable,quiet night. Hot breakfast was much appreciated, and all staff was very pleasant,efficient, and courteous. ,"

"It was a very nice stay. We checked in ridiculously late, like 3am, so the front desk allowed for us to a late check out of almost an hour late so we could sleep in a bit. The second floor ice machine was out so i had to use the one on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was a very pleasant visit. "

"The hotel is great! Unfortunately the hotel was experiencing elevator issues and we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage up and down. We were on the 6th floor."

"No one there to check us in. There were two cabins to choose from, and we picked one. After I texted her, she indicated that I would have to move into the other unit because someone else was coming for the first unit. I did so, and then the lock wouldn't work properly, so she indicated that I should move back into the original unit. No one else ever came, which was fine. A written note on each door would have prevented this entire fiasco."
