"All I can say is wow, wow, wow! I have traveled to many places across the world and I have never received better service than I received at VOYA boutique hotel. The staff and their attention to detail is what elevated this trip. Every single day that we were there, we entered to find handwritten notes, fresh flowers, and treats. It was my boyfriend‘s birthday while we were there. I only mentioned it once, but they remembered and actually had an artist with a mini saxophone play a special tribute to him. This is what I mean by top-notch customer service and attention to detail. I also want to acknowledge the extra touches like waiting until we entered our transportation before walking away from the door and being there when we arrived home…it made it feel like home. It felt like a caring mom waiting to make sure that you made it safely inside. On the night before we were scheduled to leave, the staff called us to inform us that they noticed that we didn’t need to leave the hotel until about 1 PM to catch our flight. They gave us a complimentary late check out without us even asking and a fresh set of red roses. VOYA was hands-down the best part of our trip. I will return to Cuba because of the service that I received from the staff."

"Comfortable, clean and character filled old Spanish style bedrooms. Spacious, green and airy communal areas in which to rest from the heat outside /read etc. Delicious breakfasts and dinners at extremly reasonable prices. Very competent and caring staff on hand at all times to meet our needs. Central location. Very highly recommended."

"Me and a friend stayed recently stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and it was absolutely incredible, the hotel itself is lovley, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the lounge area was a nice place to relax, the real gem was the rooftop, where you could sit for breakfast, have a drink and enjoy the havana sunshine. The hotel also has a good selection of cuban rum ans cigars for sale at a very good price. The best part about the hotel has to he the staff, they were absolutely wonderful thought out whole stay, they helped us with bookimg trips, offering suggestions and advice, They are all so knowledgeable and kind, it made out trip so much better and we will definitely be returning to the blanc blue 1924 hotel in the future"

The breakfast included was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. Most importantly, the staff were all kind and incredibly helpful. Great location- a block away from “El Malecon and about a 10 min walk to “Paseo del Prado”. "
