"This is my second time staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village and they do not disappoint! Although some of their towers are old (i stayed at the Diamon Tower), my family and I would always come back to our hotel room very clean and organized. highly recommend! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jehzra or Jeizra (sorry i cannot remember how to spell her name) was so lovely and accommodating when checking us in. "

"On best location on the beach with beach equipment and catamaran rentals. Close to everything in Waikiki, International Market, shopping and restaurants. Rooms need a little love, AC blowing way too hard. Need some sort of info in room on hotel amenities available, checkout procedures, who to call for what. etc."
