We were 30min or less from all the major sightseeing destinations including waterfalls, craters, and several lagoons/thermal baths. House itself is well equipped with all basic needs including for basic cooking. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. "We all absolutely loved this house! I was captivated by the view from the deck and I’m so glad I took a chance bc it did not disappoint. The bedrooms and baths accommodated all 8 of us well and was an absolute dream during the northern lights season! This rental was better than I expected even from the pictures- but note— master suite is lovely but is detached from the main house and if you’re traveling from the states you may need Google translate to operate the kitchen appliances well. ...

"Sehr schöne Hütte mit Terrasse in Hanglage mit wundervoller Aussicht. (Allerdings nicht auf den Geysir.) Zum Geysir sollte man, trotz der Nähe, mit dem Auto fahren. Zum Einchecken brauchten wir den Chat von Expedia, weil wir nicht in das Haus kamen. Das hat dann aber doch alles wunderbar funktioniert und der Vermieter hat sich sofort bei uns gemeldet. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus. "

"Consider yourself lucky if the property is available for your stay. This home was absolutely stunning, phenomenal location, beautifully appointed, and the hosts were spectacular! Not being familiar with the areas/distances, this home couldn't be more perfect to explore the Golden Circle, and even our day trip to Vik! We especially loved how cozy the house was - for the evenings. The kitchen is fantastic, and has a full stock of spices. The beds are incredibly comfortable, as is the living room....

"This was a magical place to stay. We were right across from the geysers and they could be seen from the restaurant on property. Staff was helpful and staff at the bar and our servers at the restaurant were kind and made us feel welcomed. The room was really clean with a modern architectural design and the beds were the most comfortable we slept in here in Iceland. Please add a spa some day and it would be a 10 star review:)"
