"Reserved end of August for mid October stay. Reached out with questions end of September and was told was no longer available. After i had already paid and had another dozen people planning to stay with me. Not sure if they would have ever contacted me if i hadn't reached out with questions. Was told they were closing for winter even though it's advertised as a "winter wonderland". Very disappointed and left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations at last minute."

"We stayed in the Farriers Quarters cabin. Everything was as described and very clean. The owner has done a great job trying to make visitors stay as enjoyable as possible. Full kitchen, bath had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Large TV that we didn't really use, but very large compared to what we usually see. "The Ranch House was great! It was very clean, and very cozy (important since it was 13 degrees at night). There are tons of outdoor activities available and it’s about 30 min from Bryce. The house is just like the pictures- rustic decor but all the comforts of home. (Great hot shower!) if you go in the off season (like we did at end of Oct) be aware that almost all businesses/ restaurants in the area are closed for the season. "
