We loved the personalized touches they made for us like leaving a small chocolate cake with strawberries and a card that read happy anniversary. Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful bath and amenities, great bed and bedding. Cons: poor internet, isolated location limits you from making this a “home base”. Limited food options. Overpriced. The main draws are the unique structures and the “clear sky” for viewing the night sky. Sadly, we didn’t hit the clear sky lottery and only caught glimpses of stars in the middle of the night.

It was definitely a very unique place to stay especially since it is so extremely dark. I was a bit surprised to have to pay $15 to look through a telescope for a few minutes; I believe this should be an included amenity since the nightly rate is already pricy. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. I'm glad there was a dining option because you are in a pretty remote location.

What a special place and overall unique experience. Being able to lay in bed and watch the star is so special. The domes were even nicer than I expected and it is close to the national park. Highly recommend this resort.
