The electricity was out in our building only. All other buildings had electricity. So that meant cold showers in the morning and no heat. So we left earlier than expected. Told the front desk at 6:30 am and they could care less. They could have at least offered a room with electricity. I've stayed here multiple times over the years and this was the only bad experience I've had there. Not sure if I'll return after this visit.

Great property with everything you need. Room was spacious and clean. On site grocery was helpful and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was large and fun for the end of a day hiking. Buffet dinner left a lot to be desired for price point but due to off season there were no other options and again staff were friendly. Overall, we would stay again.

It was a very nice property. Lobby was awesome, and it had a small shopping area and grocery store inside. The room was nice and clean. Pool area looked awesome. Staff was awesome too. The restaurant/buffet was decent and convenient. The heater temperature gauge had broken in our room. When we walked in, it was like a sauna. Maintenance came around 8pm after we finally realized something was wrong. They offered to swap it out with a new one immediately, which we declined because it was getting late. I’d still stay here again.
