Historic Smith Hotel B&B

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (446)
"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Rochelle's bed and breakfast. She works very hard to take care of the historic hotel. She keeps it full of period antiques and such so don't expect a modern vibe. It's Zion country so it's an old fashion feel. The front of the BB is cozy and welcoming. The back is quiet but flower beds weren't ready just yet. We could see the neighbor's horses out in the pasture. Beautiful blooming trees in the yard. We stayed in room number four which had a king size bed...

Bryce Canyon Livery Bed & Breakfast

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (283)
"The room was adequate, clean, warm. The (falsely) advertised "breakfast" was non-existent: there were two muffins, one apple juice and one orange juice for two people for two mornings; there was no response to my inquiry regarding "breakfast"; there were no phone numbers to contact anyone associated with the Livery. To use the covid virus as an excuse for not providing breakfast, and still advertising "Bed and Breakfast" is false advertising. "

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (67)
"We stayed here two nights on our spring break trip to Escalante, Bryce and Zion. The drive from the property to Bryce was short and easy. Due to cold and snowy weather, we spent much more time in the cabin than we had planned. We stayed in the unit called Farriers Quarters. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We watched some movies and played games. The beds were nice and the unit was very clean. We had plenty of hot water and enjoyed the full kitchen for cooking. It turned out to be...
