"We contacted the B&B to arrange a very early check in which was agreed with no problem. There was a dedicated parking space close to the guest entrance which made taking luggage to the room easier. We stayed whilst the worst of Storm Darragh was passing, so the short walk to the entrance was very welcome. "10 of us stayed here for a new year and it was lovely. The house is very big and has lots of space. The living room was lovely with a fireplace. It is an old house so there were a couple cobwebs and dustiness is some places but that is to be expected. Ken was a lovey host to welcomed us at check in and explained how everything worker, for example the Arga oven and heating system. Would recommend for families and large group of friends. "

"The cottage was perfect for a weekend away in a great location with easy access to the coast and countryside. The cottage was clean and comfortable with enough space for 4 adults. Jo the host was especially helpful and communication between us was excellent. I would recommend this accommodation and hope to stay there again in the future."

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel and Spa

Exceptional hotel, cosy, friendly and very clean!

"The Charm Boutique is so well situated and room 5 has a lovely sea view from the window seat. Central to the beach and town and a parking token for £15 can be purchased for parking anywhere in zone C. Room was cosy and incredibly clean smelling fresh with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was scrumptious with all choices and staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Big shout out to the exceptional warm greeting from Christine on Front of House who had exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, warm and professional welcome. She was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. "
