"A perfect base for a London stay. A beautifully appointed flat in a lovely row of Georgian terrace houses. A short walk from the Lambeth North tube station and various bus routes, we felt like we were never more than an easy half hour from any key London site while at the same time sharing a day-to-day Londoner experience. "We made a quick trip to introduce our daughter to London. The location is perfect. Close to most of the major tourist attractions: Big Ben, Parliament, the Abbey, the Eye and even Buckingham Palace. Plus many more. The place is clean and was roomy for 3. Living room couch is not comfortable and would be tight for 3 adults but perfect for parents and one kid. It is fairly loud inside the apt. "This apartment was bright and roomy. We had problems with washing machine (broken starter) and stove (no instructions) and no instructions for television plus remote missing. Leaving a typewritten list of instructions for everything on the table would have been helpful and ensuring that everything was in working order before our arrival - including t.v. service. It was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and lots of space for two adults. Its a little tired, broken pieces on cabinets...

"If I could rate our stay higher than five stars, I happily would. Marie was so easy to communicate with and very helpful about restaurants and other things. The flat itself was amazing. I think it was built around 1840 and still has some of the original marble floors and hardwood. Everything there, though, was totally modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen, tool, and appliance you would ever need. It’s also in a very convenient location and in a very nice neighborhood. "

"The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. Fewer decorative items would make shelving and tables more usable. Bed mattresses excellent. Utility room great for drying clothes. Overall,...

"Beautiful and very spacious. Location is fantastic, with plenty of options for public transport. Enjoyed the proximity to the market and the view to the canal was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This flat is clean, well-appointed and exceptionally well located. Right next to paddington station on a quiet street, all parts of the city are accessible via public transit. Website pictures are true to form and the property manager was very attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.One note on accessibility - the entry stairs are a bit narrow and steep but this is typical of walk up flats in older European cities. Mobility limited guests should take note. "

"The flat is beautiful and met all our needs. The location is excellent as short walk to tube. It’s centrally located so short trip to any tourist or business sites. Flat is clean & so thoughtfully decorated. Way better place to stay than hotel. So many wonderful restaurants and pubs right there in the neighborhood.We felt very safe walking around day & night. We will be back. "

"This apartment was perfect for our needs. Leicester tube entry was 50 yards away, plenty of pubs, shopping and a grocery store within 100 yards. It was clean and considering it was located in the thick of everything, surprisingly quiet. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Definite repeat rental for our family!"

"Really clean and beautiful aesthetic with spacious room (studio) that was well equipped. Only criticism is regarding the TV not only did it not work but it wasn’t smart which felt slightly outdated within the overall quality of the place. Check-in was easy with friendly staff who were informative and professional. Location of the property was great with close walks to Tower Bridge/ Aldgate/ Whitechapel/ Wapping. "
