Two bags of crisps and two bottles of water are in the room on arrival but I have been told that they are not replaced until the third day. This week my room did not have water or crisps. "The Location, a short walk from Kensington Gardens, and the staff were amazing. There’s a Tube Station and city bus stop directly across from the gate to the gardens. I was able to catch a bus to Victoria Station, to see Wicked, at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"Lovely stay at Swiss Cottage. Here’s the pros and cons: Pros: - Location to Swiss Cottage Underground Station, Jubilee Line. Literally a few minutes walk. - Area: Within a lovely residential area. Feels safe. Bike rental station just across the street too. - Hotel style: Classical, beautiful lounge and lobby. - Staff: Superb experience with the staff, all were friendly and welcoming. Made our stay feel more special. - Breakfast: English Breakfast cooked to order. Continental available too....

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."
