They give me room on there the contraction on 4 floors with out elevator on different locations Can you imagine after 23 hours flight they said to they’re customer we cannot fo anything"

It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central "
