"The Hotel reception were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so helpful as I have a few allergies they went out of there way to look after us.We were staying as we had a theatre trip and it was 5 min walk to the theatre Royal and shops."

Our party of three adults asked for permission to use the common lounge area to meet up with two other friends and it was no problem.
