"Tea on the porch looking over the river at sunrise - the mist rising. Perfect. Close enough to main street and restaurants to find something to eat in 10 minutes but away from downtown foot traffic during the day. There is a saloon across the street that gets busy late at night but didn't bother us. Nice little kitchen. Loved it. Clean and friendly!"

"My sister, her two daughters and myself met in Madison for a girls weekend. The location of this property was perfect for us because it was close to downtown restaurants and shopping. We love the property, had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable and the backyard. Was a great space for us to hang out in the evening."

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Mona was just incredible and very kind and helpful. The house was so cozy and so clean. We had everything we needed and felt so at home during our stay. Mona even texted me before we arrived and asked if we’d like for her to put up the Christmas tree. Of course we said “YES”. "The location was perfect to walk downtown, to the river and bicentennial park. Lots of restaurants and bars. Clifty falls a few miles away. The host Kelly was great! Property was clean, had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the coffee bar in the mornings. Definitely would stay there again! Highly recommend "

"The home was fabulously clean, relaxing, and perfect for our small family. The location is not ideal as it is located between the Comfort Inn and a vehicle repair shop and is on the corner of two very busy/noisy roads. The front yard is literally the driveway between the two so smaller kids would not be able to go from the car to the house without an adult. However, the backyard was very private and the hot tub was the key to a wonderfully relaxing weekend. "

"We had a lovely time at this property in Pendleton. It is located quite nicely between Louisville and Cincinnati. There were a few minor hiccups when we checked in, but Glenn was able to take care of those right away. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Overall, we highly recommend staying here!"
