My husband and I stayed here the weekend before Christmas to celebrate with my daughter and her family. It's kind of a halfway point between our home in Ohio and hers in Tennessee. I had asked for a Christmas tree in our room if it was possible boy, did they come through! The general manager, Nikki, decorated the room so beautifully there was a beautiful Christmas tree and Christmas decor around the room. We, and the grandkids,had a great Christmas. We got a very beautiful picture together in front of the Christmas tree in the lobby. They all truly treated us like family there, and I'm so glad we stayed there!!

I did a reservation and paid for it but when I got to the hotel later there was no reservation on file for me so I accepted a more vostly room eith a king bed which is more than what I wanted to spend buts its what was available. I paid for it with my credit card so I was out the money I paid you. How do I get refunded from you. I use you all the time. This is the 2nd time in one year that the same thing has happend. Nastiest Room Ever
After a 14 hour drive we were greeted by a filthy room that had stains on the bed and trash still in the can. The bathtub looked totally nasty so we couldn’t use it. (see pics) If we didn’t get there late at night and had to be up at 6 in the morning I would have left.
