"The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return."

"The property was great. We had a very late check in but it was so easy to get in and relax once there. There was an abundance of snacks, tea, coffee and other beverages. We felt welcome and at home. The location was excellent. We were able to walk most places or arrange for an affordable Uber. I highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the amenities of The Greenwood with our family. Highly recommend the extra wood set-up for the outdoor wood firepit. We enjoyed sitting outside cooking hot dogs while the kids ran through the fields. "

"My family traveled to Richmond to surprise my daughter for her 21st birthday. We brought our dog with us. The house is great for pets as it’s fenced in the front and back. The house is older but it’s clean and well put together. We did have an issue with little ants crawling throughout the place but the owners were super responsive and sprayed the house. The parking is in the alley out back or on the street out front. There’s a second rental which I imagine may have been a garage in the...

"The home was just as advertised. Comfortable beds, nice towels, fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Host was always very responsive, and it was close to many stores and restaurants ... so nice to have much more space than a typical hotel room."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet home. Great renovated older home with lots of character in a wonderful neighborhood. Very close to all that is Richmond. Many restaurants and lots of shopping close by. The king bed upstairs was very comfy. Nice place to hang out. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor space due to weather but would be great in warm seasons. We hope to stay again."

"It’s a very nice house, awesomely decorated with great convenience to Church Hill and downtown Richmond. Beds are super comfy and whole house makes you feel welcome and pampered. Fenced Back yard was wonderful for our two Rough Collies that travel with us everywhere.It’s a quiet neighborhood so not a rowdy party place at all but a perfect comfy place to stay while visiting friends or family in Richmond. "

"We rented Anna's place for a close to two week stay when my son and daughter-in-law were due to give birth to twins. They live right around the corner, so we were less than a half mile away from them. I wanted to have a place I could bring my other two grandchildren to chill with us or maybe spend a night. "The property was very well-appointed and clean. The area was transitioning and there were many places that looked unsafe. There was a set of blinds on one window that would not go all the way down, so that made me nervous. I propped things up against both doors for added security. Surprisingly I slept straight through the night which lets me know it was quiet and peaceful that night. I would try it again, though. "
