"We were beyond pleased. The space is as (if not better) than pictured. We are relocating to the area and needed to to bring our dogs and explore the area. The outdoor space was more than ample, secure for our pups and very private. We needed to extend our stay while we secured our new space and the hosts were very accommodating. The only possible suggestion is streamlining communication. It seems that two different apps are being used and they don't sync. "

"A small group of friends and I came here for New Year’s Eve. It was awesome to use the fire pit, and we used the kitchen to cook dinner together. There was also a lot of seating around the TV for us to play games and watch videos. We had a great time !"

"We stayed in this lovely home during Thanksgiving. My husband and I, our daughter and her husband, and our two grandchildren loved the spaciousness of the home, the large bedrooms, convenient bathrooms and the layout, especially the breakfast room-kitchen-family room combination. The property was super clean and nicely furnished in a quiet neighborhood, located about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and see. "It is true, the home is in a great location. The home has historical charm plus modern updates that made it a comfortable stay for our family of 5. We enjoyed our stay and visit to Richmond!"

"My wife, son, and 2 dogs stayed here over Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. Communication with Delores was easy and she was very responsive. The back yard was great, my son and 2 dogs had a blast playing in all the leaves and there was plenty of space for them to run around. The inside of the home is dated and because of that can seem not as clean as it actually is. We would absolutely recommend others stay here and if we're ever back in the area wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks...

"Our extended family of all ages plus one small dog greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, extra bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. The fenced-in back yard is perfect for pets and children. Street parking was easy and a nice playground at the end of the block and a small store a few blocks over were nice to have nearby. We would stay here again!"

" Overall good stay, we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the location. We had sufficient items and utensils to work with. Small problems are front door exterior light on porch not working. Also shower water does not get hot enough. Water from facet will scald but the showers are not adjusted to provide adequate hotwater. Beautiful dining room with seating for six.

"This was a beautiful, historic home; immaculately clean with hotel-like features such as a guest book and welcome basket :). The downside was that much like a hotel, there were no extra linens or blankets. The house is near the corner of a main street in a “transitional” neighborhood, and although we felt safe enough to enjoy the front porch, some of the neighboring lots lacked maintenance."

"Stayed here for marathon weekend. Location worked very well as it was only about a mile from starting line and only about a 5 min drive to the restaurants and bars of The Fan neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable with easy check-in/check-out. It is close to train tracks, and there was usually one loud train whistle each night. I would happily stay here again."

"I stayed here with college friends for a friend’s wedding and this was such a great space for it. The rooms were spacious, and there were lots of gathering areas for us. Beds were comfortable and I loved the keyless feature. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it highly! "

"The house was absolutely as represented on vrbo. It was spacious and completly updated. Top of the line appliances, amd a very nice comfortable stay for our party of 5. Did not like the living room couch was not comfortable and the grill was not usable as it kept tripping the electrical outlet. Only 2 complaints and very minor, but all in all a wonderful house"

"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

Bright and open living room/kitchen layout. The living room has a 40" smart tv for entertainment and playing music.

"The best thing about this place is the location. It's only a block away from the shopping district in The Fan on Carry St. I stayed here with my mom and it was convenient to have more than enough space for the both of us. The apartment is also great: nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The only issues were the number of usable outlets and that the bathroom was a little awkward to navigate. We 100% plan on staying here again. "
