"We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

"The house was great for a gathering of our large group of 16. There was room for the kids to play in the basement and the adults to gather upstairs. The kitchen was also a nice size for making meals for our large group. We also appreciated the christmas tree in the living room as we exchanged Christmas gifts. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to bring a lot with us. For example, I got a phone call from family members who arrived first to purchase some toilet paper...

"Lovely place- view is incredible and we comfortably fit 4 families with grown kids (16 people) to celebrate Thanksgiving. Not sure we could have slept 20 as listed- had to use air mattresses to supplement bed space with grown boys. Video game systems weren’t functional - not a disaster aid course but a couple of the college kids in our group were disappointed. "

"We had a fantastic time with two of our great family friends. We had a total of 16, 6 adults and 10 kids ranging from 8 to 15. The flow of the house was perfect for large groups but also felt cozy and warm. The layout out on all levels was honestly perfect. Plenty of master bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The basement level had its own hangout equipped with a bar, ping pong and basketball. The two rooms in the basement were perfect for our teenagers who wanted there own space. The kitchen...
