"No airport transportation, limited use of hot water (only at night), also water is not as hot as usual shower, room and facilities are poorly updated. The hotel shop is selling nice wears. Compared with pricing, we expect more updated hotel with this price range."

However what sets this hotel apart is the absolutely amazing staff. They picked me up at the airport on time. When the tours I booked myself cancelled, they found me replacements. When my flight out cancelled, they kept on top of it, and worked to arrange another hotel for the night. This staff is first class!"

"Patricia met us at the airport with flower garlands and a beaming smile, she is so lovely and helpful. Got to the Cabanas and only a 5 min walk to the seafront, perfect location. The cabanas are not 5 star luxury but everything was clean and worked. The bedroom is upstairs and the stairs are quite step, so probably not for you if you have mobility issues. I must admit when I first saw the beds, I thought they looked uncomfortable, but they were fine and slept well every night. Patricia also had arranged the tours for us which were all brilliant. She texted me every morning to make sure all ok and if we needed anything, as she lives close by. If you want a cheaper option than the hotels on the island I recommend these cabanas. "
