"We had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and very nice accommodations. The only thing that I didn’t know was that the house rental was an upper lower separate rentals. We had the lower level and we could hear every step taken upstairs. Nothing that earplugs couldn’t fix. Charleston is fabulous and location is great. Quiet neighborhood. "

"Nice place. Clean. Is a little deceiving that it says one bedroom and pictures make it look like so but it is living room/bedroom all one big open room. Good kitchen, however small things like hand towel and measuring cups would make it easier to use. Lots of steps to get up to apartment, my husband slipped and fell down them early morning with wet weather. Broke his ankle. "

"Place is very cute and clean. The living area is small but lots to do in the area so we didn’t spend much time inside. King street is walkable but plan on about a mile walk to most stores. Host responds quickly and check in and out were very easy. "

"This was such an incredible home, exactly as advertised and with views to die for. You can tell that this is a family home that is loved and well cared for, and we loved every minute of our stay. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with and we would certainly rent here again, no question. Loved Folly and loved this home, we will be back!"
