"This property was perfect for our stay. My husband has some mobility issues and it was easy in and out, plus the tiled floor helped. It really had everything we needed and easy to get to the beach. We visit every year in Feb and would love to stay again. The only comment I would have was that since the weather was colder, we needed to use the quilt from the second bedroom on the bed also since the one in the master wasn’t quite warm enough in it’s own. The only thing is that there are no beach towels- only shower towels if that matters to you. Everything was great and perfectly set between Charleston and folly beach. "The property met all expectations. We were super comfortable and the location was convenient. The scenic walk path was an added bonus! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas with a present beneath the tree. This was a particularly warm and welcome touch as we were spending Christmas away from home. There was a minor plumbing issue but this was addressed as soon as we reported it. I recommend this property and host without hesitation."

"Very convenient to downtown Charleston, very comfortable bedding, brand new couch. My only suggestion is they get darker blinds for the living room. The lights from the street are very bright at night. So if anyone needs to sleep on the pull out the brightness almost prohibits that. But a wonderful place otherwise!"
